Cleanliness of the room and friendly staff. The hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to get around. The gym, pool, and sauna were well-maintained and provided a great way to relax and stay active during my business trip.

The toilets had a constant unpleasant smell, the phones in the room didn't work, and the distance to the nearest metro station was a bit of a walk.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton! The room was spacious and had a zen-like feel, with a beautiful view of the city. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The daily housekeeping did a fantastic job and even left a chocolate for us each day. The staff at the concierge were very helpful, especially when we bought our hop on tickets. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including custom-made omelettes. The executive lounge had plenty of drinks, snacks, and a hot meal in the evening. The chef even served a mouthwatering beef loin that tasted like it came from an upscale restaurant. The staff were always attentive and made sure the food was replenished. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who provided practical information about local eateries and transportation. The convenience of the location, with nearby bus stops and tour bus stops, made exploring the city easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and valuable stay.

As foreign tourists, we loved the Sheraton Berlin Grand Hotel Esplanade for its wonderful breakfast and great location for shopping. The public transportation in Berlin is excellent, making it easy to explore the city from wherever you stay. The hotel staff were top-notch, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the piano bar with live music was a great spot for evening drinks.

We had a great time during our stay. The hotel was conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were friendly and provided us with helpful information about public transport options, including how to get to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The service was top-notch, with attentive housekeeping and a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious. Plus, we were lucky to have a room with a beautiful view of the lake.

As soon as I arrived at this hotel, I was immediately impressed with the attentive staff who made check, in a breeze. the luxurious amenities in the room were fantastic, from the exclusive toiletries to the comfortable bedding and plush bathrobes and slippers. the restaurant was top, notch with a range of special diet menus to suit different needs, and the in, room breakfast was a real treat.

But this was a small point and did not detract from the overall experience.

The hotel's location was one of its best features, situated in the best area of the city. It was located close to bus stops with frequent service, with access to major attractions in the downtown area. it was situated between the two main sightseeing areas near the Tiergarten, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The breakfast provided was excellent with a wide variety of options and constantly replenished.
